Will people come to see the movie after the lockdown? A study report.

The show as usual?

The movie is an intoxication. No corona can beat its occupants.

As part of my study of Consumer Behavior in Kerala after Corona in the last few days, I have drawn the conclusions drawn from the answers given by film audiences, filmmakers, theater owners and producers to questions about the film.

The survey asked the question, "How long will you be going to the movie theaters after the lockdown?" But people in different categories responded differently.

Interestingly, as with alcohol, categories such as "addicted" ("A"), "frequent" (B), "occasional" (C), "forcible" (D), and "untouchable (E)" are also relevant to film audiences.

To my question, most of the people in the category of 'A' category answered the first day. This category comes with all kinds of movies, fans, fans, moviegoers and movie lovers.

The B answer is the first week of the year.

Those who fall into the category only go to cinema after vacation and know that the movie is good. Most of the respondents answered that after one to three months.

In the D digit category, people are forced to watch a movie automatically or by family, because everyone else is watching and discussing a movie. Most of them answered that it would take six months to a year to go to the theater.

People who don't want to go to the category theater All of the above mentioned people use TV channels and mobile to watch movies they miss.

Another surprise is that there were very few people who said they would not go to the movie theater because of the financial problems that Covid had caused.

(Probably because of the habit of living in a collapsed economy.) However, as a correction in the stockmarket, after the movie theaters start operating normally, the next six months may be 30 to 50% less than the pre-Coronation period (30% for good movies, 40% for bad ones, 50% for bad movies.

This is due to the Audience Shift from one category to the next due to Corona's continued panic. TV channel and online streaming platforms benefit from this.

Films produced over the next year can overcome these problems by cutting production costs by 25 to 35 percent and discounting the GST-entertainment tax and current charges from theatrical government.

In the meantime, if a movie hits 50 crores (the original 50 crores club), the return to its original state would be accelerated.

The hope is for two more films to be completed and one set to be screened. To save the film if those films are not achieving this target

The filmmakers will have to come together to make it 20-20.

Comedy: - The movie has played a huge role in keeping the world from becoming a madhouse during Lockdown. So the filmmakers deserve a bite from the balcony.
